Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions apply to all bookings made directly or indirectly with Costa Kabrita. The prices, dates, and times on www.costakabrita.nl are compiled as accurately as possible, but are not binding. Costa Kabrita reserves the right to make changes. Upon booking, you will be informed of the final price. Price changes are reserved. Costa Kabrita is intended for recreational use only, not for permanent residence.

Financial

• Any charges such as VAT and tourist tax may be charged afterwards.
• Children up to 1 year old stay for free.
• Prices include water and 5 kWh of electricity per day. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.40 per kWh. VAT and bed linen are included (except in the Tree Lodges).
• Cleaning costs are €25.00 per stay.
• Camping per-person prices include VAT.
• Discounts do not apply after the invoice has been sent.

Reservation and Payment Policy

• After booking, you will receive an agreement with payment instructions and you agree to the terms and conditions.
• For rental accommodations, payment is required immediately to confirm the booking.
• Seasonal pitches and long stays: €50 advance payment, the rest according to contract terms.
• Individual campers must pay no later than one day before departure.
• Online payments via iDEAL are possible.
• In case of early departure, the full amount remains due.
• Agreements automatically end after the agreed period.
• If incorrect personal details are provided, the booking may be canceled immediately.
• Rental is non-transferable to third parties without written permission.

Cancellation Policy

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

• More than 3 months before arrival: 15% of the price.
• 3 to 2 months: 50%
• 2 to 1 month: 75%
• Within 1 month: 90%
• On the day of arrival: 100%

Refunds are possible if the spot is rebooked, minus administration fees (5%, min. €27.50 – max. €55.00).

Code of Conduct

• Everyone must comply with the rules.
• Repeated failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the agreement.
• Eviction costs due to negligence are the responsibility of the guest.

Departure – Rental Accommodations

• Leave the accommodation in good condition.
• Remove bed linen, clean kitchen inventory, tidy shared areas, dispose of household waste.

Camping Pitch

• Leave the pitch clean, do not leave tent pegs behind.
• Leave shared areas clean.
• Dispose of household waste, take bulky waste with you.

Collection Costs and Dispute Resolution

In case of payment arrears, a collection agency will be engaged and interest may be charged. Rental is always recreational and does not grant residential rights. Dutch law applies, and only Dutch courts have jurisdiction.

Safety and Noise Standards

• Sound equipment must not be audible outside.
• Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM are mandatory.

Privacy

Your data is treated confidentially, not shared with third parties, and used only for administration and communication purposes.

Promotional Photos and Videos

By being present on the premises, you consent to the possible publication of visual material in which you may appear.

Address Change Notification

Has your address changed? Please notify us via 0164-642395 or email info@costakabrita.nl with your name, old address, and new address.
