Camping rules

For the sake of livability on our campsite, it is necessary to have a set of camping rules. We live temporarily with several people, so it is important that everyone adheres to the rules. By being present at our campsite, you agree to the following rules:

FARM
Access to farm areas (barns, stables, sheds, silage pits, etc.) is not permitted without prior permission due to risk of accidents.

SKYBOX
The Skybox above the milking parlor allows you to watch the goats and the milking process. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Open in the evening from 18:00 to 20:00.

CHICKENS AND DUCKS
Free-range chickens and ornamental ducks roam near the campsite. They enjoy bread, lettuce, and cabbage leaves. Please feed these to the animals instead of throwing them in the bin.

OTHER ANIMALS
The cows, goats, and our dog are fed by us. Please do not feed these animals yourself—they may become ill. They receive sufficient food.

HOUSEHOLD WASTE
All waste must be sorted in the designated bins. Only waste produced during your stay at the campsite may be disposed of here.

  • Paper: in the bin with the blue lid
  • Full garbage bags: place in the large round container
  • Bulky waste: Not allowed – please take home (chairs, tents, etc.)
  • Glass: in the blue glass container
  • Organic waste / grass clippings: in the small green container

LITTER

Please clean up your own and others’ litter during walks. Use a free Depo-Clean bag and borrow a litter picker. Dispose of the bag in the bin afterward.

WASTEWATER
Wastewater harms the environment and your surroundings. Do not dispose of it near tents or caravans—it attracts flies. Always use the chemical toilet disposal point.

TOILET BUCKETS
Empty buckets at the chemical disposal point. Preferably use eco-friendly products such as natural soap, green soap, or environmentally friendly toilet cleaners.

TOILETS
Toilets are shared, so let’s keep them clean together. Be proud of leaving them tidy after use. Sanitary products should be placed in the bins provided. A new family/accessible shower is available and should be used only by those who need it (families with children or guests with disabilities).

CAMPERS
There are two paved camper spots near the parking area. You may also book a regular campsite. Near the chicken coop under the walnut tree is a wastewater disposal point and a tap for fresh water. Chemical toilets can be emptied at the main toilet building.

WASHING MACHINE & DRYER
The campsite washing machine and dryer are available for use. You can buy tokens and detergent from us for €3.00 per wash / €3.00 per dry. Only insert the token when the light is off.

DISHWASHER
This is free to use, operated with a button, and runs for 5 minutes. If it malfunctions, unplug the cord under the kitchen cabinet and plug it back in to reset.

AED & FIRST AID
The AED, first aid kit, and plaster dispenser are located under the canopy near the conservatory at the reception. Please return them after use and report what was used.

FRIDGE / KITCHEN
The fridge is for communal use. Make sure your name is on your items, including on cool packs. If you use the oven or stove, please clean it afterward so it’s tidy for the next guest.

PETS
Pets are welcome on our campsite but must be kept on a leash. Please walk them outside the premises, not in the campsite forest. There is a post by the toilets to tie your dog if you need to use the toilet or do the dishes. A depo-dog station is available, so please clean up after your dog. NO pet waste is allowed on the campsite or in the forest.

PARKING
Cars must be parked at the front parking area (not on camper or bus spaces). Several carts are available to move your belongings—please return them after use. You may drive onto the site only to place or remove your caravan. This helps preserve the peace and the terrain.

ELECTRIC CARS
A charging station is available at the farm.

BUSES
Only buses may park in the designated bus parking spots (see signs).

TRAFFIC
The maximum speed on the campsite is 5 km/h or walking pace (you should not be able to overtake a pedestrian). Please watch out for playing children!

GUESTS
You are of course welcome to receive guests, but they must comply with the campsite rules. Rates: short visit (up to 3 hours) = €0.50 per person, long visit = €1.50 per person, car = €0.50.

SUBLETTING
Subletting or making your tent or caravan available to friends or acquaintances is only allowed with our prior consent. Overnight visitors pay €9.00 per night (children aged 1–12: €7.00), plus any fees for car, dog, or tent.

SELLING YOUR CARAVAN
You are not allowed to sell your caravan while retaining the seasonal pitch.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours apply from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (municipal regulation). Avoid noise. Remember that radios and TVs may sound louder in a quiet environment and can disturb your neighbors. Make sure nobody is inconvenienced by you.

CAMPFIRES
Campfires are not allowed due to the wooded surroundings (municipal regulation). Fire tables are available for rent: Fri–Mon €70.00, Mon–Fri €50.00, full week €100.00 (own gas bottle required).

FOREST PITCHES
Barbecuing is not allowed here. Please be careful with smoking, fire, cooking, etc. Never throw away a burning cigarette or match.

FIRE SAFETY ADVICE
Ensure your gas hoses are regularly checked and replaced to prevent leaks. This is your own responsibility.

FOREST
The forest behind the campsite is our property. You are welcome to walk or play here up to the barbed wire—beyond that is private property. Please do not cut or remove young plants. No walking dogs in the camping forest!

Use of play equipment is at your own risk and must be done responsibly. Parents and guardians should supervise their children at all times. The equipment near the goat pasture is suitable for children up to 10 years old; the forest play area is for older children. Go-karts and children’s bikes may only be used on the campsite, not outside. Please return everything to the go-kart area in the evening. Trampoline: max. 2 persons at a time, max. weight 90 kg. Do not use the air trampoline when wet – slippery and dangerous. Improper use may result in liability for damages.

Use it with care. One set of boules balls is available in the kitchen cabinet.
